Dr. Vicky Cadalig-Madangeng is currently the Director, Socio-Cultural Affairs and Museulogy at the Ifugao State University (IFSU). Her academic rank is Professor II.
She finished her Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Physical Education at the Benguet State University. She underwent MS 43 (Probationary Officer Training Course) at the Basic Soldiery Camp Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal and is a Commissioned 2Lt in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, (Philippine Army) since 1998.
Vicky has a Master of Arts in Educational Management from the University of La Sallete, Santiago City and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Benguet State University. An addition to her educational background is the Ifugao Satoyama Meister Training Program, (a twinning program of Japan and the Philippines) which she attended in March 2015.
She taught at Benguet National High School in 1998 and since 1999, has been a faculty member of ISFU.
Her designations at IFSU are: C.A.T Commandant (2000-2002), ROTC Coordinator (2001-2003), Director, NSTP (2003-2005), Director, Office of Student Affairs (2005-2008), Director of Physical Education and Sport (2011-2012), NBC 461 University Local Committee (2012-to date) and NBC 461 Zonal Center TWG-QCE Chairman ( 2013-to date).
