Dear All,

Hello! This is Fely from Cardiff, South Wales, U.K.

Well, I’ve been back to work for more than two weeks now but the memories of Ireland is still fresh in my mind.

The 4th ICBE consultation in general from the topics discussed, brilliant speakers, workshops, the tour to Glendolough with its beautiful scenic views, the cultural presentations with the participations of our fellow kababayans, the conducive venue and the abundance of food served by friendly staff, the Sunday mass and the trip to Tipperary are all memories to treasure.

All of you did a wonderful job. CONGRATULATIONS! You are all excellent organizers and hosts. The consultation was also made successful by the active participations of all the members. It seemed everybody cooperated. It was also impressive to see the second generation so cheerful and entertaining themselves.

To BIBAK-IRELAND and fellow ICBEans big thank you and congratulations. Till we meet again on the next consultation in Germany.
