Impressions on the 11th ICBE Conference

My impression on the 11th ICBE Conference’s success is the cooperation among the organizers and participants. 

In October 2022, when the MABIKAs Foundation (MABIKAs) Board and Constituents volunteered to host the conference, I already felt the cooperation of many in the foundation including the supporters. 

At the initial stages of planning, I volunteered to take charge of many details and I would say, the tasks occupied so much of my time. Among other things, this was  replying to those who registered online since I wrote them individually. However, it was done and I’m glad many responded. 

As the planning got underway and we discussed the preparations, there were parts of the conference that the MABIKAS Board and Constituents volunteered to do. This made the load lighter on my part. 

Cooperation also came from the participants, who decided to attend the conference whether it was for the whole event or parts of it. 

So, for the cooperation that everyone rendered, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude. I may have coordinated the conference; however, the outcome is the result of cooperation of the MABIKAs Board, Constituents and supporters; of kailian in Europe; and of relatives and friends in our Philippine Cordillera.
