Rex Botengan, Sr., one of the founders of the Igorot Global Organization (IGO), attended the 2nd Igorot European Consultation (IEC) in Vienna, Austria in 2003 (in absentia); died on December 13, 2004.

Claire Alacyang, member of BIBAK Ireland, attended the 2nd IEC; died on June 8, 2005.

Henry Pit-og, member of BIMAK DC (USA), attended the 3rd ICBE Consultation held in Aeschi, Switzerland; died on November 16, 2008. 

Marilyn Dulnuan-Guinaran, member of Igorot UK, attended the 5th ICBE Consultation held in Vallendar, Germany; died on February 24, 2010.

Alejandro Cutig, member of Igorot Organization Austria, attended the 2nd IEC; deceased as of March 2011.  

Julian Banban, member of Igorot Organization Austria, attended the 2nd IEC and 3rd ICBE Consultation; died on February 25, 2012.  

Angie Wunderle, member of BIBAK Switzerland, attended the 3rd ICBE Consultation; died on November 10, 2012.    

Caridad Fiar-od nee Bumas-ang, member of the IGO and IGO Philippines, attended the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th ICBE Consultations (6th in London, UK in 2011); died on November 17, 2013.

Susan Belmonte, member of Igorot Austria, attended several ICBE Consultations; died on December 31, 2015.
