Ric Cuyob

I am half-Benguet, half-Bontoc and belong to the Kankana-ey tribe. In 1993, I came to Belgium and joined the ranks of millions of Filipino migrants. I am one of the founders of Cordillera Community in Belgium. We hosted the Assembly of Cordillera People in Europe (ACPE) in April 2002.

Rick Kilongan

I am from Sagada, Mountain Province and belong to the Kankana-ey tribe. I live in Switzerland and was once the President of BIBAK-Switzerland. We hosted the 3rd ICBE Consultation in May 2005.

Jane Klee Morgens

I am from Fidelisan, Sagada, Mountain Province and belong to the Kankana-ey tribe. I reside in Germany. In 2009, I was with a group of four Igorots that hosted the 5th ICBE Consultation in Vallendar, Germany in April 2009. 

Conchita Damaguen Balagtey-Pooten

My name is Conchita Damaguen Balagtey Pooten. I trace my roots to Mountain Province, namely Besao. I am a former President of Igorot U.K. and currently live in between London, England where I had earlier settled. Now since I’ve been in retirement I find myself more and more in the Philippines. We in Igorot UK hosted the 6th ICBE Consultation in London in April 2011.

Averil Branwen Pooten-Watan

My name is Averil Branwen Pooten-Watan, but I am also known as Wendy! I am an Igorot that traces her roots to Mountain Province, namely Besao and Sagada. I am a member of Igorot U.K. and currently reside, with my family in London, England.

 

Gil Tiban Catimo

I am from Bokod, Benguet and belong to the Ibaloi tribe. My residence is in Barcelona, Spain. I am the first president of BIBAK Barcelona when we hosted the 7th ICBE Consultation in Barcelona, Spain in May 2013.

Marjorie Abeya-Soaygan

I am from Sagada, Mountain Province and belong to the Kankana-ey tribe. I live in Vienna, Austria. I was the president of Igorot Austria-Cordillera (IAC) when we hosted the 8th Igorot Consultation in Vienna, Austria in August 2015. The IAC merged with Igorot Organization Austria to form Igorot Austria. 

Rosmar Gibson-Smith

I am from La Trinidad, Benguet and belong to the Ibaloi tribe. I live in Rome, Italy. I am the first president of Cordillerans in Rome. We hosted the 9th ICBE Consultation in Rome on April 28-May 1, 2017. 

Grace Banto

I am from Kapangan, Benguet and belong to the Ibaloi tribe. My residence is in Rome, Italy. I am Chairperson of the Board of  Cordillerans in Rome. We hosted the 9th ICBE Consultation in Rome, Italy on April 28-May 1, 2017. 

Yvonne Kay-an Belen

I am from Alab, Bontoc, Mountain Province and belong to the Bontok tribe. I reside in the Netherlands and am secretary of the Board of MABIKAs Foundation-The Netherlands. We are the host of the 10th ICBE Consultation to be held in Amsterdam on July 26-29, 2019. 

Myra Zymelka-Colis 

I am from Kapangan, Benguet and belong to the Ibaloi tribe. I reside in the Netherlands. I am the Founding Chairperson and Chairperson of the Board of MABIKAs Foundation-The Netherlands. We are the host of the 10th ICBE Consultation to be held in Amsterdam on July 26-29, 2019.
