1. Claire Alacyang, member of BIBAK Ireland, attended the 2nd Igorot European Consultation held in Vienna, Austria in 2003 and died on June 8, 2005.

1. Alejandro Cutig, member of Igorot Organization Austria, attended the 2nd Igorot European Consultation held in Vienna, Austria in 2003 and deceased as of March 2011.  

1. Henry Pit-og, member of BIMAK DC (USA), attended the 3rd ICBE Consultation held in Aeschi, Switzerland and died on November 16, 2008. 

1. Marilyn Dulnuan-Guinaran, member of Igorot UK, attended the 5th ICBE Consultation held in Vallendar, Germany and died on February 24, 2010.

1. Julian Banban, member of Igorot Organization Austria, attended the 2nd Igorot European Consultation held in Vienna, Austria in 2003 and 3rd ICBE Consultation held in Aeschi, Switzerland in 2003 and died on February 25, 2012.  

1. Angie Wunderle, member of BIBAK Switzerland, attended the 3rd ICBE Consultation held in Aeschi, Switzerland in 2003 and died on November 10, 2012.    

1. Caridad Fiar-od nee Bumas-ang; member of the Igorot Global Organization (IGO) and IGO Philippines; attended the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th ICBE Consultations (6th held in London, UK in 2011) and died on November 17, 2013.
